Since our founding, we have continued striving to create safe products that customers can feel reassured wearing. In November 2015, we received the Excellent Award in the 9th Best Contributors to Product Safety Awards hosted by the Japanese Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry.

At DIANA, we have developed a system to ensure customer satisfaction based on ISO 10002 that is the international standard for responding to customer feedback. On February 23, 2012, DIANA Co., Ltd. received ISO 10002 certification. On February 12, 2014, we received ISO 9001 certification to ensure all our customers are satisfied.
