At DIANA, we have developed a system to ensure customer satisfaction based on ISO 10002 that is the international standard for responding to customer feedback. On February 23, 2012, DIANA Co., Ltd. received ISO 10002 certification. On February 12, 2014, we received ISO 9001 certification to ensure all our customers are satisfied.
